Hanuz is made and operated by SM Alavizadeh, established in the Netherlands. Email: support@hanuz.app. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: your focus data stays on your phone.

1. Data stored on your device

Hanuz stores the following locally, in the app's private database and settings:

This data is not uploaded to us or to any server. It is removed when you use Settings → Data → Delete all data, or when you uninstall the app.

2. Purchases

If you buy Hanuz Pro, purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never receive your name, payment card or full billing address.

To manage entitlements we use RevenueCat, Inc. (United States). RevenueCat receives:

We use this only to unlock Pro, restore purchases and understand whether a subscription is active. The legal basis is performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f)). RevenueCat acts as our processor. See RevenueCat's privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple and Google process payment data under their own privacy policies. Subscription management and refunds are handled by the store.

3. Notifications

Timer and halfway notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification content is sent through a server. You can refuse or revoke the notification permission in system settings; the timer still works.

4. Analytics and advertising

Hanuz contains no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics and no tracking across apps or websites. We do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission because we do not track you.

The app keeps a few anonymous local counters (for example, whether onboarding was completed) on your device only. They are deleted with the rest of your data.

5. Diagnostics

This version does not send crash reports or diagnostics. If we add crash reporting later, we will update this policy and the store privacy labels before releasing that version.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your data. We share purchase-related data with RevenueCat and the app stores only as described above. RevenueCat may process data in the United States using standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. Retention

Local data remains until you delete it. We keep purchase records for as long as needed to provide your Pro entitlement and to meet our tax and accounting obligations, generally for up to seven years after the purchase. RevenueCat retains data according to its policy and our agreement.

8. Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You can:

9. Children

Hanuz is intended for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over. It is not directed at younger children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Security

Local data is protected by your device's app sandbox and any device passcode or encryption you use. Purchase validation uses encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, but we keep the app's data collection to the minimum needed for it to work.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be noted in the app or store listing.
